Whenever we are in a problem, we google it out. Many a times we get answers from Yahoo Answers (and many similar to them), Web Forums (like .NET forum, JAVA Forum etc.)
This is also the case with a distinct product on web, Social Media. Why cant I have all my friends from all my social sites, and all their tools at one place?
I believe that their is certainly a need for these. Again "I believe" this, and it need not be true.
Revenue source I can think at this point are advertisments (if you see the top players in Web Space earn most of their revenue through this tool, so this is not a bad tool at all).

most of the social networking sites have some kind of crawler which ask your e-mail contacts to be added together... but yes, this does not help you to gather everyone until everyone accepts your invitation.. good line of thought .. but think about the usability... FB is faaaar ahead..
ReplyDeletegrt idea...Now,google wave ..does this ..but combines ..Gmail , orkut , blogger ..all google applications together only.
